But fast food places could sure make it a lot easier with a couple of small changes.Lollie Dot Comhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13167779892577242955noreply@blogger.comBlogger11100tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26617293.post-1145570282488067582006-04-20T14:53:00.000-07:002006-04-21T21:55:41.630-07:00Why doesn't even one fast food place offer the option of Sara Lee's 4 grm of fiber white or wheat hamburger and hot dog buns instead of limiting us to the painfully sweet soft mush of regular buns?<br /><br />I can envision a Sara Lee commercial that would sure help us out with that.<br /><br />A guy in line at a fast food restaurant with his buddy orders his burger and then says,<br /><br />"And put that on Sara Lee's GREAT buns"<br /><br />"Man what'd you say??"<br /><br />He's a facts nerd so he says, "Yeah, 4 grams of fiber, low sugar, with the best taste and texture of any hamburger buns available (etc.)"<br /><br />His friend says, "Yeah but it's higher priced."<br /><br />The guy taps his flat six pack abs and says "Not when you consider the value of your health."<br /><br />Voice over: Ask for Sara Lee's GREAT buns next time you order!<br /><br />The word doesn't have to be great. Change the word, change the words. But there's hints of sex all over the commercial and I think pretty soon plenty of people would be asking for them and fast food restaurants would be stocking them.<br /><br />And wouldn't that be lovely? Sure it's rough draft.
